I took Spanish in high school and there was a girl fluent in Portuguese in the class. She never studied Spanish but still got 50% of the test right by writing in Portuguese! She's so lucky! I always thought about making some "notes" in Portuguese using the Japanese kanas, but I never actually did it. But, it was sure a great story Marky told!!!
