(128 and 145 kph, respectively) (officially there the posted limit is 70. (113)) As a general rule, you don't get a ticket if you are going with the flow of traffic. If you are going slower than traffic (even if you are doing the speed limit), and the road is congested, you should beware, as you could find blue lights flashing behind you. (At least in the US, when behind the wheel, always remember "Go Right for sirens and lights") (We drive on the right. IIRC, some places, such as Japan and England drive on the wrong side. :mrgreen: ) The thing with the numbers on it is also sometimes called a "tag" here.
