That’s a difficult question… I try to brighten up the rooms with flowers or such, have some cakes or chocolate on a plate for the guests, turn off the phones, etc… But also invite people I already know well, which helps ease tensions.

I like to help them relax.
I let them sit on my futon and give them cushions.
