iTunesで偶然podcastを見つけて以来、毎日通勤時間と寝る前にベッドの中で聞いています :razz:

I work for a trading company and have to call my customers. It is always difficutl to talk on the phone in English and didnt know how to start conversation. I think this one is basic stuff, but I didnt have anyone to teach me.
