とてもよくわかりました！
質問があります。
「現金で払えますか」という場合は
Can I pay by money? で大丈夫ですか？？
あと
「こちらは、請求書です」=Here’s your bill.
と言いましたが、
This is your bill.
だと、ちょっとおかしいですか？

Moneyは「お金」というすが、「現金」はcash です。「現金で支払いができますか」と聞く場合は、”Can I pay in cash?”といいましょう。
物を相手に手渡す場合にはthis is よりは、”Here’s…”や”Here are…”が自然だとおもいますよ。

Thanks for your questions!! 
For the first one: Can I pay with cash? would be the correct way to say it.
For the second one: Usually when giving an item to someone, it sounds more natural to say “Here’s [item]”. However, if you were just stating a fact (”this belongs to you”), you could say “This is your bill”.
